PS: I thought for sure you would have some pervy comment about my grandma/reindeer picture.

3. "Friedrich Miescher the red-nosed Swiss physician"?

Ha! I'm still trying to figure out #3. Unless, of course, Jere is right.

Nora said...

Sorry... still waiting for answer #3.

I thought maybe strands or code. I checked "Christmas Code" and there does seem to be a song with that name, though I'd never heard of it.

It's DNA...

Jere said...

Right--I was trying to come up with stuff related to DNA, like strands and code. Genes, blood, double helix, I have no idea what this has to do with a Christmas song.

It's supposed to be "What Child Is This"

Jere said...

Just listened to it on Utube. I'd never heard that one before. So, I guess to figure out which child it is, you'd need a DNA sample.... I get it.

Since Mel still doesn't have her cable back (phone and internet included), I was getting her up to date on the blogs. When I told her about this quiz and question #3 being a picture of DNA that we couldn't figure out, she immediately said, "What Child Is This?". Come on.

When you get it, you get it. You have to admit, now that you know the answer, it makes sense.

I admit nothing.

PS: Mel could be without internet for 5 months, and catching her up on the blogs would be a 2 minute task.

3. I can't make any sense of this one - if you all say it's What Child is This, I'll go along, but...

5. Silver Bells

I don't know, New, when I find a random kid and don't know who he is, I usually ask around the neighborhood, then call the cops--before I actually swab the kid's cheek and test it in my lab....
