The Swimming Deer

When we went fishing on Sunday, we got to see a rare sight. A deer came out of the woods, jumped into the water, and swam across the river right next to us! It was AWESOME!

Unfortunately, my pictures didn't come out too well, so I had to steal this image from Google.

As Promised Last Month....

After Much Pleading...

I talked Conard into going fishing the other day, and although he didn't want to go, he ended up catching a 22 1/2 inch Red. I took a few pictures of it with Dad's film camera before he set it loose again, which I will post at a later date.

Moral: Is there ever a BAD time to go fishing?

Tarpon Fishing

My friend Hope went deep sea fishing off the coast of Naples, Florida and caught this 125 pound tarpon. After photographing it she released it, but not before taking a scale off of it. The scale was as big as the palm of your hand! Congratulations Hope! Great catch!
