John Henry Quote

“Somebody just called and said, ‘I’m going to make a trip from
Cincinnati. Can you make sure he’s there?’ We’ll, no, we can’t
guarantee he’s going to be here tomorrow. We just don’t know
at this point.”
Cathy Roby, barn manager of the Kentucky Horse Park’s Barn
of Champions, where two-time Horse of the Year John Henry resides.
The Ole Bob Bowers gelding, who is 32 years old, the equivalent
to 110 human years, is undergoing therapy for dehydration
and has lost a noticeable amount of weight

I was very saddened to hear about
the legendary John Henry. He is my all time favorite race horse, I hope he is O.K. Say a prayer for him

At least we got to go see him last year. Hopefully we will get the chance again in future Kentucky trips. He was and still is the most memorable part of that trip, with the exception of the EMCofO girls doing drunken karaoke!

You were'nt supposed to tell that story! What happens in Lexington stays in Lexington. Or is that Vegas?

For the record: Greenpeace II had NOTHING to do with the drunken karaoke at Keeneland! It was only the other EMCofO girls!

Yeah thats right, Hope would never get drunk and sing karaoke, or would she???
