If you had read the prior post on RJ you would know that the Jockey Club rejected the name Papa Joe because it was too close to the horse already named Pappa Joe. No clue as to the significance of Andrew Hall. Maybe you should call his owners and ask them.

Andrew Hall!? Guess the Papa Joe idea was totally scratched.
