Quote Of The Day (Here we go again)

“Curlin couldn’t win the [Kentucky] Derby (G1); we could. Curlin couldn’t win [the Haskell Invitational Stakes (G1)]; we could. Curlin got beat [by] a filly; we haven’t. Our horse is undefeated on the grass. Curlin isn’t. I don’t know why people think Curlin is such a good horse. We’re way better than Curlin.”

Trainer Richard Dutrow Jr. in the Daily Racing Form following Big Brown’s 1¾- length victory in the Haskell on Sunday.

What an idiot. Even if it were true, it is moronic to say so.

If I were IEAH I would fire Dutrow just for being an asshole. He is the only reason I am anti-Big Brown.
