This is the view from my room that I had on Monday night at the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, FL. I went down to work at the Fasig Tipton sale at Calder Race Course and my friend Larry got this room for me for free.
The hotel was beautiful. I had a great time gambling even though I wasn't a big winner. My friend Kathy came down from New Hampshire and met me there, making the trip a working vacation. A good time was had by all :)

Nice. I can't even tell you how badly I'm needing a warm, sunny vacation. I've had enough of the snow and cold. Dad always says February is the toughest month to get through up here.
