I loved it! I think it's the only way the series could have and should have ended. Like any good story should, the finale left the viewers with so much to think about and imagine. It was typical David Chase/Sopranos style; I don't know why everyone is so surprised by the ending.

I've never seen even 1 episode. Someday, I'll borrow dad's copies and see what all the excitement it about.
