Ruffian
Frank Whitely Jr. and Jacinto Vasquez have filed a lawsuit against the makers of a Ruffian movie that is set to air on Saturday night, on ABC after the Belmont Stakes. The lawsuit is trying to stop the movie from airing unless they add a disclaimer that the movie is a fictional work. Despite all of this ado, I want to watch the movie. How about you?

I missed this movie, but I heard it was very good. I hope it is on again sometime. Mom said she liked it cause it reminded her of the 1970's when she worked at the track.
I watched some of it and really thought it was a bit slow. Maybe I was spoiled by how good Seabiscuit was, but they really didn't do the filly or the characters any justice. I fell asleep halfway through.
