(July 17) - It may have not been as iconic as Nirvana's naked baby, but the cover of the Smashing Pumpkins' "Siamese Dream" -- featuring conjoined twins -- undoubtedly stands out among early '90s album art. Now, the sorta-reunited rock outfit has a mission for its loyal fan base: find those sisters. The band, which posted the random request on its Web site July 13, isn't saying why they want to track down the girls, whose playfulness in the image juxtaposes with the hard-edged psychedelia of the album itself."As you all know, they were quite young when the photo was taken," the entry read. "They are not conjoined anymore, as far as we know.""Siamese Dream," released in 1993, has sold over 4 million copies in the U.S. on the strength of hit singles, such as "Today" and "Disarm."The group disbanded in late 2000, but have since reformed, releasing a new album, "Zeitgeist," on July 6.
